Vintage JUMP Brand Black Strappy Halter Dress Size 8

Size 7/8. Made in USA. This dress has been worn but is in good condition! The only sign of wear is there is a faint mark at the bottom. I believe it is a watermark from when I steamed it because I did not notice a mark beforehand. Please see all photos! This dress is the perfect little black dress!
