Leslie Fay Vintage dress with buttons and scalloped edges size small

Vintage Leslie Fay Petites black and white dress with buttons on the shoulders and scalloped edges all along the sleeves and neckline. Scalloped edges are trimmed with black. 5 buttons on each shoulder that open Elastic waistband, they are belt loops but unfortunately I don’t have the belt. No size tag so please follow the measurements carefully, they are approximate In good pre owned condition however there are fuzzies all over the dress can be seen if you zoom in on pictures.
