Vintage Pendleton, 100% virgin wool made in the USA red and black authentic Wallace tartan plaid pleated skirt. Side zip, and button closure. Talon zipper. Unlined. 26 inches long and the tag says Petites but it doesn’t need to be. Approximately 12 inches straight across the waist. It’s a tag size 6 however, vintage sizing runs small, so it is closer to a women’s size extra small but it would mostly depends on how high you want to wear it on your waist.
