Vintage R. Tennesmed Pewter Modernist Pendant Sweden Silver

This is a beautifully crafted floral pendant made by 20th century Swedish jewelry designer Rune Carlsson who used the pseudonym Tennesmed, which reflected his profession and literally means “pewter smith” in Swedish. Carlsson is internationally recognized as one of the most significant Scandinavian artists of the mid-20th century for reviving old traditions. The floral design of this pendant has an organic feminine feel and its symmetrical balance turns it into a unique piece of art. It’s in good vintage condition.
