Fabric is slightly sheer and a slip would work well underneath, as well as a crinoline if you would like a more full skirt. Condition: preloved vintage with flaws - dark area on the waist (possibly from a belt rubbing against the fabric), a small hole on the shoulder, small spots, flaws in the stitching on the waist, and fading on the shoulders.
