Ivory maxi length sheath dress with short ruffle sleeves, beaded embellishments, a low back, and hidden back zip, from Climax by Karen Okada for David Howard. Vintage circa the 1980s. Good condition with a couple of faint spots in the skirt, I have not attempted to remove but should come out with a basic spot treatment - see photos for detail.
