VTG $2000 Peggy Jennings 12 Wedding Dress Short Jacket White Ivory Lace Sheath

This white lace in ivory silk sheath dress and jacket set is by custom couture clothing designer Peggy Jennings for size 12. I always search for Peggy Jennings clothing. Not many people know if her, she designs luxury bespoke clothing for private clients. Socialites, Elizabeth Taylor, Oprah, First Ladies Hilary Clinton and did a few of Laura Bush’s Inaugural Dresses. The dress set is fully lined in 100% silk charmeuse. I don’t know much about lace. But, Peggy Jennings always uses the finest European fabric. The set is hand finished and is in excellent condition. I don’t see any sign of wear. There are glass buttons and subtle shoulder pads on the blazer. There’s some padding on the back of the dress, just on one side, close to the bottom of a shoulder blade would be. It can be removed, it’s only attached to the lining.
