Vintage JoDee Velvet Midi Skirt in bright cobalt, royal blue. Thin waistband with button and zipper closure down the back. A line silhouette, simple darts on the front and back. Small slit on the back of the skirt, fully lined (exposed liner seam edge needs some work). Otherwise in great condition! Waist: 13 Length: 35.5 Bottom Hem Width: 20.5 Slit: 10 Pre-Owned - Good + Flaws: Liner stitching on the slit is messy and could use some attention.
