Leather is black in color but also passes for deep chocolate brown in some lights, as it plays off the cream fur lining. Off-center zipper with button close at top. Jacket is thick and very HEAVY! Comes with belt to adjust to your size and create a flattering waistline. Only flaw is on interior lining of hood, see last pic. Approx 22.25” across pit to pit and 28” shoulder to hem.
