Windsor - Mermaid Prom Dress White (XS)

This is a beautiful white prom dress. It could also be used as a wedding reception dress. I LOVE this dress but unfortunately I can’t go to my prom anymore due to a schedule conflict. It has only been worn once to try it on. It fits very nicely. It does have a high slit. The sleeves are puffy and sheer. It may need hemming. (For reference I am 5’ 3” and it goes about 4 inches past the bottom of my feet, so I was going to have it hemmed before I wore it.) Such a cute dress! It is in excellent condition. Very soft and not itchy like other dresses.
