International Ladies’ Garment Workers’ Union (ILGWU) vintage black polyester fit and flare dress with vinyl studded belt and hem trim in a size 12. I've included a measurement chart in last photo (first three measurements are in inches: bust, waist, and hips on chart). Hip measurement not included in photos since it's not a fitted style. Size shows 15, but it's vintage. Please use measurements to ensure it will fit.
