One of a kind Y2K piece! Brand: Non Blonde clothing Funky top is perfect vintage condition. Black shirt looks somewhat like a suit jacket. It only has one sleeve. It is fitted/ ruched, and has a zipper on the side without the sleeve for a fun detail. The side with a sleeve even has a shoulder pad! Pockets on the top do not function. Makes me think it’s a play on a tuxedo
