VINTAGE: Windmill painting brooch

. Colors: blue, red, brown, green, yellow. Small painting of a windmill on the water. The artist name is on the back, I’m not able to make out the first name, starts with an “M”, then Van Harken (MVH), from 1987. Has the Bible passage, John 3:16 as well. It’s in a silver metal frame with a C clasp closure as well as a loop to hang as a pendant. Good condition. No flaws. Size: 1”x1.25”
